THINGS TO DO

  • Car Racing: The birth of car racing started on the beach in Daytona and Ormond Beach. Over the last century, it has evolved into the number one NASCAR race in the country at Daytona Motor Speedway in February with the 500 and in late August for the Coca-Cola 400.
  • Biking: Enjoy a Cruise Dance down the famous John Anderson Drive… where the Mona Lisa estate is spread out along the scenic coast.
  • Boating: In the area, the beautiful Halifax River aka The Intracoastal provides all sorts of boating (cruising and stopping at restaurants on the way). There is also access to the ocean and great fishing. Our prized property the Mona Lisa is an entry intercoastal estate with 1.6 acres on 200 feet of waterfront with a beautiful dock and boat lift capable of holding 16,000 pounds.

ATTRACTIONS

  • Saint Augustine: Nearby you can visit America’s oldest city. Discover historic sites and relax for wonderful dining along the water.
  • Jacksonville: Take a weekend away and enjoy small city life, including shopping, restaurants and of course the NFL’s up-and-coming Jacksonville Jaguars, led by quarterback, Trevor Lawrence.
  • Family fun: All across the area, there are activities for families with kids both day and night, including nearby Orlando with Disney World (and the Magic Kingdom!) and Universal Studios.

ACCESS

LUXURY ESTATES

Lastly, Ormond Beach boasts the Mona Lisa. A masterpiece completed in 2021, it was nicknamed by its architects and designers after the famous Leonardo da Vinci painting housed in the Louvre in Paris. It was the dream of a famous navy captain who came to the area and started an engineering and concrete business that helped to create many homes in Ormond Beach. He purchased a famous plot of land on the Intercoastal and 2,000 feet from the ocean, and set out to build a one of a kind estate.

He only completed the amazing poured concrete foundation, and Chicago brick work. It was then finished off by a passionate Developer, who created a Tuscan inspired villa, with five bedrooms and six bath, accented by vaulted ceilings and amazing architectural elements. The property also includes a carriage house, three automotive garages, a half-acre private oasis with pool patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, fruit trees, and so much more.

These are just some of the reasons that Ormond Beach and the Mona Lisa are part of the top USA market and a top home listing as well.
